The Quinceañera Planning Checklist

Book florist, pastel, decoration and transport (limo or family cars — decide, then assign)

Send save-the-dates if family is traveling

Order invitations; mail them 6–8 weeks before the date

Final headcount to the caterer / salón Most lock the number 10–14 days out — that's your real deadline, not "the week of"

Full run-through in your order, timed: entrance, zapatillas, vals, última muñeca, brindis, baile sorpresa — the order varies by family and region; write yours down
